"Not perfect but I gave 5* anyway because the driver was very helpful under difficult circumstances.
Baggage handling caused almost 2 hour delay and our driver changed. This resulted in not having meet and greet and we struggled to get the luggage and kids over to the car park. T4 car park is a mess at the moment."
